Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at Customercare@theshaikhcart.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

• The Shaikh Cart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. No Return Policy

The Shaikh Cart does not accept returns for any sold products once delivered.
Please ensure you review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

• Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

• Order cancellation is approved before dispatch

• Duplicate payment occurs

To initiate a refund or exchange:

• You must notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product.

• Email Customercare@theshaikhcart.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

• Our support team will verify the claim and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item (if requested) is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Advance shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed in the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper use or mishandling.

• Issues arising after product usage or installation.

• Delay in reporting the issue beyond 48 hours of delivery.

• Change of mind or personal preference (color, model, style, etc.).
